Once your order has shipped, tracking information may be provided so you can follow its progress.

We will review your request and, when applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
For other return requests, please contact us before sending any item back. Return instructions will be provided based on the specific situation.
Items must be returned in their original condition when a return is approved. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method after the return or claim has been reviewed.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
